Shapwick School

Pupils at Shapwick School recently enjoyed a day out of their usual school uniform and raised an impressive £456.44 for the Haiti appeal.

Shapwick Prep held its mufti day on the 29th January and raised over £217, with the senior pupils raising the remaining funds on the 5th February. All pupils paid at least £1 for the privilege of coming to school in casual dress.

The school is delighted by the wonderful response from all the pupils at Shapwick who were clearly moved by the terrible plight of the victims of the Haitian earthquake and gave so willingly from their pocket money.
