Day Pupils
A number of pupils from the local area attend as day pupils. Day pupils share every aspect of school life with the boarders and receive every bit as much of care and attention.
They are fully integrated into the house structure – Shapwick does not operate separate day houses.
The school day begins at 9.00am and day pupils are expected to arrive at school in good time for the start of the day. The day finishes at 5.25pm Monday to Friday after a full programme of lessons, sports and activities; and 12.35pm on Saturdays at which time parents may collect their son/daughter.
