Chepstow Castle Visit

The mist could have spoiled the day. It didn't!

Our visit to the mighty Chepstow Castle was still heaps of fun, very inspiring and valuable for Year 11 Controlled Assessment.  Every stage of the castle got more impressive, to the 1067 Norman Great Hall and beyond, and quite often a Shapwick pupil appeared at the battlements, declaring war on the peasants (Mrs Pool & Mr Windsor).  There was a lot of fun, incredible first-hand experience and a non-too-shabby picnic spot by the River Wye.

To quote Sid "Work hard and run around castles!" Thanks, Mr Windsor, for coming with us.
