UKIP

11%

Labour

9%

Liberal Democrats

9%

The Green Party

1%

A clear winner! It will be interesting to see how this compares to the result when it is declared.

This was an interesting morning for all pupils, some of which will be eligible to vote in the next General Election. They were introduced to the process of the General Election through an assembly. This outlined the main political parties, their leaders and the main policies that the parties are proposing. Students have been keen to discuss these policies and ask questions around school and it has been pleasing to see such a growing interest in politics.
