Go Karting Southern Champion 2015
Harry Gooding from the Prep School and his family recently travelled with their team to the Southern Championship at Andover in order for Harry to compete for the title in the 13-18 year old class.
There were around 20 drivers in the class from all over the country, competing for the title of Southern Champion. On Saturday morning there were time qualifying races in order to gain pole position on the grid. Harry gained pole position! Following this there was a pre-final which dictates where you start in the final race, he won this as well.
In total Harry raced six times of which he won four and came second in the remaining two races. This meant that he gained the most points overall and became Southern Champion.
We are all immensely proud of him and wish him well for the future.
